PCS can handle all types of commissioning projects from small items to complete systems. Our engineers have recently successfully completed the start-up of a complete painting system costing around £4,000,000.

We deliver pre-start programmes to enable  controlled plant run up from installation through trials to full production.

We provide structured training packages to enable both production operatives and maintenance personnel to gain valuable knowledge and experience of new equipment. All training packages include full documentation for each attendee enabling future reference.

Pre-treatment Plants

Our engineers are fully conversant with all types of pre-treatment plants, from large Automotive Zinc Phosphate dip systems to small parts washers.

We have experience on Demineralised Water generation systems, including presofteners, twin bed de-ionisers and Reverse Osmosis units.

We work alongside chemical and paint suppliers to ensure the plant is optimised for the desired process.

Electrocoat Painting

PCS engineers have been utilised on many new and old systems throughout the Automotive and Industrial metal finishing industries. Close association with the paint manufacturers ensures that the customer gets the best results.

Air Replacement Plants

We are able to provide engineers that can handle all types of Air replacement plant commissioning and fault finding. We are experienced in all the relevant processes required to provide clean conditioned air to a spray booth facility.

Spray Booths

All types of spray booth can be accommodated from small repair booths using Isocyanate paints requiring addition safety features for operator protection, to large Automotive production facilities. Our Engineers are able to carry out all necessary airflow checks to ensure optimum operation. We have a wealth of experience in trouble shooting problem systems.

Stoving Ovens

We have commissioned all sizes of oven, from the smallest box oven to Automotive ovens processing up to 80 bodies per hour.

Our engineers are fully qualified to test and set up all types of Industrial gas burners. We offer initial start-up of new equipment through to servicing , breakdown and refurbishing of all types of burner. We can supply replacement parts and spares to ensure minimum down time due to breakdowns.

We can carry out all types of oven survey from structure, heat loss, balancing, and product temperature profiles.
